你说的函授式是授课式taught program吧？如果是授课式的，中文大学学费八万多一年。其它需要交给学校的费用都是零头。可忽略不计。基本生活费约为1个月1万，其中租房4000-5000可住单间。以上说的价格都是港币价格，自己谷歌换算一下吧。研究式的有奖学金，拿到这种offer就不用担心钱了。建议你研究式的和授课式的都申请。你的学校很好，GPA也不低，雅思稍低。作品好好做吧！希望是有的，但每年竞争都很激烈。一定要事先联系导师。附中大学费信息来源，请看p193-205的部分。港大不清楚。学费实际上研究研究都网上公布了。可以去港大研究院网站看，附件就是来自于中大研究院。英文的看不习惯没关系，慢慢看就习惯了。好的建筑专业一般是，本科5年，研究生3年，不会更长，因为作为建筑专业读研期间不会有太多实验课程，也就是计算机绘图和图纸设计以及力学分析会做实验课程，更多的是实践课程和理论研究，奖学金申请不必担心，两个港大对研究生还是很慷慨的，研究生基本都有奖学金，学费加生活费，不包括奖学金，港大去年是10万左右一年，这基本是个死数，所以说30万够用。至于作品集得奖问题，毋庸置疑，只要足够出彩于人才林立的港大，排名亚洲前十的两所名校，会让你出人头地。

我去年刚毕业～个人感觉是非常值得的，时间短，全英文授课，就做学术而言，还是挺国际化的。在读港大master之前，我没有英文文章，从没参加过啥会议。但是在这边读了一年，投了一个国际会议和一篇英文期刊在审，随说学制短，只要你付出的多，能得到的几乎都能。而且就一年，使劲逼一逼自己，毕业拿distinction也是很有可能的。而且港大很美哇，边学边欣赏风景也是极好的。然后相对于英国，学费低。相对于内地研究生，不用帮导师干活，相对自由，自己可以学自己的，做自己的研究。就业的话，港大的硕士相对于内地还是有优势哒。但是也有一定的劣势，就是内地人比较多哇，日常的英语环境一般哇～还有就是毕业时间的问题，香港这边是11月拿毕业证，学制其实是一年半的，所以是下一年的应届毕业生。英语的话，超级重要。我本科属于985、211，教育学专业内地top1，但是感觉读了英文文献后自己就是个文盲哇，最开始读文献的时候还得查字典，半天才能读一篇。在港大上课的话，英语听力很重要，听不懂真的就不知道上课在讲啥。口语的话，个人感觉还好，只要你敢说，不怕错，总能提高的。而且内地人的英语其实还是挺好的，但是不敢开口，怕错。其实语法说错没啥关系，关键词说出来不影响理解就行，大胆说。英文写作超级重要哇，如果写作差了，一堆语法错误，老师估计都懒得看哇，写作非常非常重要，这是影响你成绩的直接因素。发几张港大的美图和offer图哇～希望大家都能如愿拿到offer～

看你是准备申请授课型的硕士还是研究型的硕士了!研究型的申请难度会比较大,对GPA当然也会比较高,另外还需要有研究经历!如果是授课型的话,就没那么难了,GPA大概80分左右就可以了,当然也不是绝对的,还要看你其他的方面,比如英语成绩,GRE,工作经验,课外活动等等!总之,既然有了目标,现在开始努力就好!
