believes是一般现在时，has convinced是现在完成时，都是属于现在时，与你所讲的标准并无冲突。不过not only...but also实际使用中也不一定是这样时态一致的，要看具体情况。例如：He speaks very good English because he not only works in a Brtish company but he actually stayed in the USA for ten years when he was a kid. （他的英文很流利，不仅因为他现在在一家英国公司工作，还因为他小时候实际上在美国呆了十年。）

九几年的题不是难，是以为题型和现在不一样，尤其阅读，以前是五篇，做惯了四篇的做五篇的很别扭，时间不好把握今年的我不知道，从2003-2007年的相对好一些，难度系数比较均衡补充下，做真题的时候可以把最近两年的留一下，到考前两周之内再做，考前最好的模拟莫过于真题，真题的味道是任何模拟题比不上的。此外，记得那使考前一天也不要忘记记单词，单词是基础
